Adult Literacy for Life in Laois and Offaly

Adult Literacy for Life is a whole-of-society strategy. It aims to ensure that everyone has the literacy, numeracy and digital literacy to participate in society and succeed in life. Read the Adult Literacy for Life strategy.

Hello, my name is Tamara Latham.

I am the Regional Literacy Coordinator for Laois and Offaly. I am passionate about supporting our communities and creating new pathways for those in need, so everyone feels included.

Through our regional coalition action plan and working collaboratively with stakeholders we are shaping the support landscape of Laois and Offaly. Jointly, we are championing adult literacy and expanding the pathways for learners.

Together, we can continue building a stronger, more inclusive community, working collectively, and removing barriers to empower adults to build their literacy skills.
