About this project
This project addressed unmet literacy needs in the local community, especially among vulnerable and isolated learners. It helped participants gain confidence using digital tools, accessing services, managing information, and making informed decisions.
It combined digital, health, and financial literacy in one community-based programme. This was first course of its kind locally. The content was flexible and learner-led, responding to the needs, confidence levels, and interests of participants.
