Digital Health Hubs

Booklet and workshops for accessing reliable health information online.

Digital Health Booklet

"An excellent workshop, I'd like to learn more."- Learner

This project developed a booklet and workshop on Digital Health information.

The workshop was delivered in 8 libraries across the county. It was delivered jointly by the Library service, Donegal ETB and the HSE Health Promotion worker.

The Digital Health Hub project wanted to showcase reliable health information sources online and at your local library. It also explained how to safely access information online and avoid scams.

Many attendees became library members after the workshop. Library staff showed attendees how to use Borrow Box. People were supported to download the Borrow Box app. Some attendees joined digital literacy classes with Donegal ETB.
