About this project
This project delivered a 4-week digital skills programme to residents of Respond Family Homeless Service. It provided practical, hands-on workshops to build digital literacy and confidence.

The course embedded digital literacy within a housing support context. It reached a hard-to-reach learner group, and developed pathways to literacy support beyond the workshop.
Workshops included on-the-spot support for learners with low literacy, including basic reading instruction.
Tutors provided personalized guidance during sessions, which covered
CV crafting,
email use,
job searching,
accessing MyGov.ie, and
information about accessing further ETB courses.
