About this project
This project improved literacy and digital skills by teaching learners how to develop walking trails in the North Inner City. It also aimed to help learners appreciate local history and hidden gems in the area.

Learners attended a local history course. They also took part in a walking trail in the South Inner City, which inspired them to design their own trails.
Participants picked hidden gems to feature in the trails. They also designed a map and researched the history of key buildings. These activities helped them develop valuable literacy, digital and communications skills.
