This project provided outdoor learning opportunities that improve health and environmental literacy, build confidence, and encourage  engagement with nature.

The project delivered five outdoor  activity days, along with two indoor sessions at Hospital family resource centre. 

Activities included

  • nature walks,

  • trail walks,

  • canoeing,

  • heritage talks,

  • Leave No Trace learning,

  • plant  identification,  and

  • sensory engagement with nature.
