"I used the course to expand the number of my fellow officers who could support me and the club in ensuring a better delivery of services to members.”- Pasty Hanley
This project trained GAA club staff to manage IT applications that cover membership records, fundraising, and ticket purchasing. The course broadened the number of IT officers who could support the club and ensure better service delivery to members.
IT officers can now help club members to:
join the club using the Clubzap application,
buy tickets,
fill out forms and lists related to membership requirements, and
assist with the delivery of information at meetings.
This was first time the Toomevara club promoted IT applications to help members fundraise, pay, and register their membership online. IT personnel also identified club members who would benefit from upskilling and helped improve their digital literacy skills.

This project was a collaboration between Toomevara GAA Club and Toomevara Hall Committee.
