This project empowered marginalised adults by equipping them with food literacy skills. It also taught learners how to eat healthily while managing limited financial resources.

This project delivered practical, hands-on workshops in community venues. Facilitators integrated literacy, numeracy, and financial skills into cooking sessions. They also ran one-on-one and small group support sessions.
The workshops covered
budgeting,
shopping,
meal planning,
cooking, and
food storage.
The project also produced numerous resources, including
a recipe book,
podcasts,
video tutorials,
cheat sheets,
meal planners, and
visual guides.
