About this project
This project encouraged digital engagement and built confidence and practical digital literacy skills among learners experiencing digital exclusion.
Artist-led workshops fostered a flexible, creative, relationship-based approach to digital learning, adapted to participant needs.
More about this project
Paul Duane from Screenworks delivered in-person workshops that blended creativity with digital learning.
Participants learnt how to
use devices more confidently,
send messages,
make video calls, and
access basic online services.
The project also helped men transitioning back into society, many of whom had limited access to digital technology.
Workshops focused on practical digital skills relevant to reintegration, such as
navigating online services,
building confidence using devices, and
understanding how digital systems are linked to employment, housing, and communication.
