About this project
This project helped older women develop writing, editing, and publishing skills through the creation of a book, exhibition, and video montage.
The course combined adult literacy, digital literacy, creative writing, photography, storytelling and publishing.

Weekly in-person sessions took place between May and October 2025.
Learners gained experience using
Microsoft word,
Canva,
scanning equipment,
file transfer processes, and
online media.
The group produced combined personal stories, poems, and photographs into a booklet called Our Lived Memories.
