About this project
The project delivered three smartphone literacy programmes in Smartphone Café settings, along with additional one-to-one and online supports.
Tutors created informal environments to reduce anxiety and encourage learning, and developed a digital champion model for ongoing support.

Advance Training College delivered the project through in-person workshops in familiar community venues.
Training needs analysis was completed at the outset for each learner group, and content was tailored to participants’ specific needs and goals.
